These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aviasurf.

By accessing or using Aviasurf, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Aviasurf

Aviasurf is a flight search and comparison service.

Aviasurf helps users search for and compare flight options provided by airlines, online travel agencies, booking platforms, and other third-party travel providers.

Aviasurf does not sell airline tickets, operate flights, process flight bookings, or process payments for airline tickets.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aviasurf is not a party to the transaction between you and the third-party provider from whom you purchase a ticket or other travel service.

A price displayed on Aviasurf may differ from the final price offered by the booking provider because of changes in availability, taxes, fees, currency conversion, optional services, fare conditions, or other factors.

The final price and booking conditions displayed by the third-party provider before purchase are controlling.

You should verify the final price and all booking conditions before completing a purchase.

4. Third-Party Bookings

When you select an offer on Aviasurf, you may be redirected to a third-party website or service.

Your booking and purchase are completed directly with that third party.

The third party’s terms, privacy policy, cancellation and refund rules, baggage rules, payment conditions, and other policies apply to your transaction.

Aviasurf is not responsible for processing payments, issuing airline tickets, modifying or cancelling bookings, processing refunds, providing booking support, or resolving disputes between you and the booking provider.

Questions about an existing booking should normally be directed to the airline, travel agency, or other provider with whom the booking was completed.

5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Because Aviasurf does not complete your booking, Aviasurf does not determine whether a ticket can be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their websites, services, availability, security, privacy practices, content, or business practices.

The inclusion of a provider in search results does not constitute a guarantee of every aspect of that provider’s services.

8. Currency

Aviasurf may display flight prices in U.S. dollars (USD) or other currencies for convenience.

Where currency conversion is provided, converted prices may be approximate.

Third-party booking providers, banks, card issuers, or payment providers may use different exchange rates or charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

The final amount charged is determined by the relevant booking provider and payment provider.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use Aviasurf for lawful travel-search purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of Aviasurf;

• intentionally overload or disrupt the service;

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
