Last updated: August 2026
Aviasurf (“Aviasurf”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Aviasurf.
Aviasurf is a flight search and comparison service. We do not sell airline tickets, process flight bookings, or accept payments for airline tickets.
1. Information You Provide
You do not need to create an account or register to use Aviasurf.
When you search for flights, Aviasurf does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, passport details, payment card information, or passenger information.
If you contact us directly, for example by email, we may receive the information you choose to provide.
2. Technical Information
When you access Aviasurf, our servers may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps.
We use this information where necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain Aviasurf.
We process this information based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our service.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use Aviasurf and to improve our service.
Depending on your privacy choices, Google Analytics may process information such as:
- pages viewed;
- interactions with Aviasurf;
- flight search interactions;
- traffic source;
- approximate location;
- browser and device information;
- dates and times of visits.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes.
Where applicable law requires consent, Google Analytics is activated only after you provide consent.
Our legal basis for processing analytics data in these circumstances is your consent.
You may reject optional analytics technologies or withdraw your consent at any time through our Cookie Preferences controls.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Technologies loaded through Google Tag Manager remain subject to the privacy choices applicable to those technologies.
4. Flight Searches and Third-Party Providers
Aviasurf searches and compares flight information provided by airlines, online travel agencies, booking platforms, and other third-party travel providers.
When you select an offer, you may be redirected to a third-party website or service to complete your booking.
Aviasurf does not receive or process the passenger details, passport information, payment card information, or other booking information that you subsequently provide directly to that third party, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Third-party websites and services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
For information about our browser extension, please see the Browser Extension Privacy Policy.
5. How We Use Information
We may use limited technical and usage information to:
- provide and maintain Aviasurf;
- operate flight search functionality;
- secure our service and prevent abuse;
- identify and resolve technical problems;
- understand how Aviasurf is used, where you have consented to analytics;
- improve the performance and user experience of Aviasurf.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Aviasurf may use technologies necessary to operate the website and remember your privacy choices.
With your consent where required, we also use optional analytics technologies.
For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.
7. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers that help us operate and analyze Aviasurf.
Google may process limited technical and usage information when Google Analytics is enabled.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of Aviasurf, our users, or others.
Aviasurf does not collect or sell airline passenger information or payment card information as part of the flight booking process.
8. International Data Transfers
Aviasurf is available internationally, and service providers used by Aviasurf may process information in countries other than the country in which you are located.
Where required by applicable data protection law, international transfers of personal data are subject to appropriate safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
9. Data Retention
We retain technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain Aviasurf, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Analytics information processed through Google Analytics is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable policies.
We periodically review our retention practices and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was processed.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide you with rights concerning your personal data.
These may include the right to:
- request access to personal data;
- request correction or deletion;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request data portability;
- opt out of certain processing where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with an appropriate data protection authority.
Because Aviasurf does not maintain user accounts, we may have limited ability to identify information associated with a particular visitor.
To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact us at [email protected].
11. EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.
Where consent is required for optional analytics technologies, you may refuse or withdraw consent without losing access to Aviasurf’s core flight search functionality.
12. United States Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
Where those laws apply to Aviasurf, we will honor applicable privacy requests and opt-out rights as required by law.
13. Children’s Privacy
Aviasurf is a general-audience travel search service and is not designed or directed specifically to children.
We do not knowingly request passenger, payment, or account information from children through Aviasurf.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for processing a child’s personal data, we do not knowingly process such data on the basis of the child’s consent alone.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through Aviasurf.
However, no Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
